Mailbox maintenance is the responsibility of the Homeowner. Per the Bylaws, there is a specific, uniform style used for all homes in Mockingbird Gardens and it is a requirement that they are kept in good condition. 

 

If you have been notified by either the HOA and/or the Property manager regarding the condition of your mailbox, this can range from minor painting or repair to full replacement.

 

If you mailbox is need of repair please contact our supplier to request a maintenance request.
