Q:  Annual dues & Additional Dues... due when?
A:  January 31, 2024 - $3,000 ($2,000 dues + $1,000 assessment)

Q:  When will the $1000 Additional dues be finished?

A:  The additional dues are applied to 2023, 2024, 2025.
 

Q:  Is there a Community Directory?

A:  Unfortunately, we do not have a complete directory but we are working on one for those who wish to be listed. If you do not wish to be listed please contact the Board of Directors.

Q:  Tennis Lessons ... Allowed or Not?

A:  As a resident, you may outsource lessons and utilize the tennis courts for instruction.  You may not use the courts conduct lessons as a business, means of income, or occupy the courts beyond a reasonable timeframe.

(1 hr for Singles and 1.5 hrs for Doubles).

Q:  Swim Lessons ... Allowed or Not?

A:  Per the Bylaws, Swim lessons are NOT allowed.

Q:  Do I need to have Board approval if I want to add a fence to the exterior of my house?
A:  Yes. Per the Bylaws, any exterior structure (fence, shed, playsets, etc.) would need the approval of the board. Please contact the Property Manager for details. 

Q:  Mailboxes... who maintains them?
A:  Homeowners are responsible for maintaining the painting and keeping the post sturdy and vertical. You may receive notice from the Board with the appropriate vendor for replacement if your mailbox is beyond repair.

Q:  Pets... Can I let my dog off the leash in the neighborhood if they're well behaved?

A:  No. Legally you must have you pets on a leash when out in public, even if they are friendly and well socialized. Jefferson County Code Section §91.002 – Restraint Required - In Metro Louisville and throughout Jefferson County, all dogs are required to be restrained at all times. This means that if you have a dog and leave your property for a walk, you are required by this law to have them on a leash.

Q:  Pet Waste... where to dispose?

A:  Per KY law, It is the responsibility of the owner to properly dispose of pet waste on any property (public or private) other than the owner's personal property.

Jefferson County Code Section §91.010 - Sanitary Disposal of Animal Feces Required.

It shall be unlawful for any owner or person in charge of a domestic animal or other four-footed mammal, poultry or other fowl to permit such animal to be on school grounds, metro parks or other public property, or on any private property other than that of the owner or person in charge or control of such animal without the permission of the owner of said property, or on any streets, sidewalks, highways, or rights-of-way of the Metro Government other than duly designated bridle paths, unless the owner or person in charge of such animals.

1. Has, in his or her possession, a suitable device for the picking up, collection and proper sanitary disposal of the animal feces or manure.

2. Immediately removes all feces deposited by such animal(s) and disposes of same in a sanitary manner.

3.  This section shall not apply to blind or visually impaired and/or disabled persons accompanied by an assistance dog.
