We thank Mulloy and Jennifer for their years of service and are excited to welcome Paragon to our community.

POOL CONSTRUCTION:

• Construction is underway and the pool deck has been removed. Next phase of the project to begin with the drainage and pressure testing pipes to identify any and all leaks. The drainage has been a major concern to to the upgraded equipment in the pool house (pump room).  To address this concern Phoenix will a concrete curb along the landscaping to better catch debris and drains all along the east side of the pool (tennis court side). We are still on schedule to open by April 2024 (or before opening day). Stay tuned for more updates. COMPLETED

CLUBHOUSE:

Phase II - Interior & Bathrooms - COMPLETED

 

SIGNAGE:

The "Mockingbird Gardens" sign off Hwy 42 has been restored and all weathered signs have been replaced.

SAFETY & SECURITY:

In addition to private security services hired to patrol the neighborhood, we continue to explore the numerous avenues to strengthen our security and ensure the safety of our community including the FLOCK system, entry gates, private security, etc. COMPLETED

Neighbor Complaint:

Nightly Trimming of Neighborhood Landscaping. There is to be no trimming or maintenance of any property other than ones own property. If you are unable to resolve this issue "neighbor to neighbor" and you have evidence of another individual altering your property or landscaping then please contact local authorities and seek legal counsel. 

 

If you have evidence of said acts on security cameras please contact the HOA board.
