As a Homeowner in The Mockingbird Gardens Homeowners Association, some important items to review in regards to your new association are located in the "By-Laws."  Please take time to read these carefully as they define and establish the requirements and restrictions.  If you cannot find specific information on this website to help you transition to the neighborhood, please message the Board of Directors.
 
The Mockingbird Gardens Homeowners Association operates on a calendar year.  Association Dues & Assessment totaling $3,000.00 are due on January 31st of each year and are considered late if received on/after February 1st at which time a late fee will be assessed if unpaid each month thereafter.  Yearly payment reminders are mailed out as a convenience to the homeowner.  There are several ways to pay your assessment. 

The Board of Directors, is the governing body for the Association. The Directors are elected at an annual member's meeting.  The Board of Directors then elects the officer positions of the Association.  Board Meetings are held throughout the year addressing the neighborhoods needs. 

The Mockingbird Gardens Homeowners Association is a deed restricted community and provides many services including but not limited to insurance coverage on the common areas, landscaping and mowing of the common areas.  Your annual assessment allows the community to provide these services and timely payment is therefore necessary.
