  1. Clubhouse​​ - Start Date: January 10, 2025 |  End Date: April 2025 - COMPLETED

    • ​Pro Source Flooring - New flooring

    • Whitehouse Painting - Interior & Exterior Painting

    • Bovine Construction - Lighting, Plumbing

    • Various - furniture (via the Generous Connections and TIME from our neighborhood hero JoAnn Musselman!)

  2. Tennis Courts - COMPLETED

    • Re-surfacing and painting new lines & Nets*

    • New Pickleball nets and lines on the North court.​

  3. Re-surfacing Clubhouse Parking Lot & Driveway - COMPLETED
    • Project to begin in April/May 2025​
